My story

I help people and organisations find their story and the courage to tell it.

My work sits where strategy, storytelling, trauma-informed practice and lived experience meet.

Portrait of Ratu Nida

Consultant. Author. Speaker.

For eight years I led product marketing strategy for legacy healthcare brands across Asia Pacific.

I know what it takes to tell a story that does not just perform, but transforms. I also know it was not enough.

So I founded Women's Lantern, a social enterprise supporting migrant women impacted by domestic violence, and I wrote Homecoming. These works taught me that the most powerful storytelling comes from purpose, not just positioning.

Now I help organisations and individuals tell their stories with clarity, courage and humanity, and move from purpose to impact.

Homecoming

The book is not just a product. It is the living proof of the work.

Every offer I make is grounded in it: the workshops, the coaching, the consulting and the rooms I speak in.
